Who we are

What we collect

When you use a form on this website we collect the details you give us: your name, email address and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. If you request a call back, we collect your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address. If you email or call us directly, we keep a record of that contact.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange your consultation and provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.

Our lawful basis

We use your information because you have asked us to contact you, or to take steps before providing a service to you, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our business.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, and passed to our email provider so we can reply. These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States, and use appropriate safeguards to protect it. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 12 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep the records we need for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do this, email martyn.pointer@twf-consultancy.com. We will reply within one month.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only uses what is needed for the site to work.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
