Hi, I am Martyn Pointer.
I have spent approx. 30 years managing and coaching teams, predominately in the sales and marketing areas across a wide range of industries.
Most recently as the Group Sales Director at Astrak Group, looking after the strategy and growth, across Europe, of this fast moving and very agile business.
Previously I spent approx. 8 years in the Michelin Group, 10 years in the Finance and Leasing sector, 2 years in Telematics and a good number of years in the Electronics and CNC Machine Tool sectors.
My passion and drive at work has always been to treat the business as if it was my own and I take great pleasure in leaving a legacy of people who have blossomed and developed under my guidance and care!
